Step 1: Verify if your Authenticator is configured for this application.

1: Open Authenticator on your device
2: Click Settings/Realm configuration
3: See if your application is listed

Step 2: If your Authenticator does not have this application in its configuration, please perform the following steps:

1. Open the Authenticator on your device
2. Press Associate Device button on main menu
3. Press Choose application then Add new application
4. Point your phone at this screen to scan the QR code
